    i totally get wanting a "reset" after the holidays. i haven't tried the whole 30, but i know laura at fitrunningmama has; maybe she has some recipes you could try! best of luck 🙂

    Thanks for the tip! It's so hard, I'm hoping it gets easier. Physically my body feels good but mentally I'm having major cravings!
