    Dear Laura,

    The goals you have achieved are stepping stones to whatever challenges you accept down the road. Keeping physically , mentally and spiritually active leads to a longer, healthier life. The best of the best always have jitters before their performance. Most important, you are setting a good example for your little ones to follow. Recently I heard a saying, yes, you have feelings, but feelings are not you, just feelings.

    I give your Mom much credit for living healthy.
