    I like having light meals before working out or else I wont feel energetic enough to achieve my routine goals. I like having a protein shake or a frozen fruit smoothie with almond milk and chia seeds. After so, I rub essential oils in my hands to feel energetic and ready to go!

    YES! I love that their bars have a *reasonable* calorie count! You should try their protein powder too, it's excellent!
