Race Training
I strongly believe that the key to success in running is finding what works for the individual – there is no “one size fits all” approach. To that end, I am committed to creating a training plan that is tailored toward your lifestyle and will fit your unique needs.

What People Are Saying…

I came to Coach Laura seeking to transition from casual runner to a runner with goals and intention.  She listened to my experience, my goals, and my hopes.  Her individualized weekly schedules challenged me, scared me, and showed me I am stronger than I gave myself credit for.  She didn’t just help me reach to my goals, she quietly and without fanfare showed me I could exceed them.  From the beginning to the end of marathon season, my mental picture changed and I found myself believing in goals that at one point seemed unachievable.  Coach Laura was always available when I needed clarification, consolation, encouragement, or a swift kick in the rear.  The variation of workouts made each week a new challenge and kept training interesting, even through a long, hot, humid summer season.  I’m happy to say that I consider her not just a great coach and running role model, but a new friend as well.  – Elizabeth G.

As a fifty year old, new to running, I wasn’t sure what I was capable of.  As I started seeing some modest improvements, while running on my own,  I got excited and decided to work with a running coach.  I knew of Coach Laura through a running group that we both belonged to.  So I hired her and went for it! While working with Coach Laura I got personal records in my half marathon and my 5K times. Yay!  Coach Laura pushed me and cheered me on whether it was race day or hill day.  I am so grateful for her expertise and individualized application of all kinds of fun training techniques. Coach Laura is great! Thanks Coach! – Jim P.
