Coaching Philosophy and Credentials
I would love to help you meet (and surpass) your running goals! As an RRCA certified running coach and over 20 years experience as a runner, I am committed to working with athletes from all backgrounds – from the newbie runner looking to complete a 5k to the more seasoned veteran looking to run a personal best in the marathon.
Customized Training Options
I strongly believe that the key to success in running is finding what works for the individual – there is no “one size fits all” approach. To that end, I am committed to creating a training plan that is tailored toward your lifestyle and will fit your unique needs. Therefore, I offer a variety of coaching packages, including month-to-month ongoing coaching, multi-month training packages with ongoing coaching, and set training plans without ongoing coaching geared toward a specific race.
